By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with Sri Varahi Electricals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to FRP sculpture installations, electrical projects, lighting solutions, and consultation services.

Sri Varahi Electricals provides the following services:
Primary Services:

4.1 Project Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project specifications
- Final pricing will be confirmed in the signed contract
- Additional charges may apply for changes in project scope
4.2 Payment Terms
- Advance payment: 30% of total project cost upon contract signing
- Progress payments: 40% upon material delivery and work commencement
- Final payment: 30% upon project completion and client acceptance
- All payments are subject to applicable taxes and GST
- Late payment charges of 2% per month may apply for overdue amounts
4.3 Project Timeline
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on weather, site conditions, and approvals
- Delays caused by client, authorities, or force majeure events are not our responsibility
- We will provide regular updates on project progress
- Timeline extensions may be granted with mutual agreement
5.1 FRP Sculpture Warranty
- 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- 2-year warranty on color fastness and surface finish
- Structural integrity guaranteed for 10 years under normal conditions
- Warranty excludes damage from vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters
5.2 Electrical Work Warranty
- 2-year warranty on electrical installations and wiring
- 1-year warranty on electrical components and accessories
- Summip products carry manufacturer's warranty as applicable
- Free service calls for warranty-related issues
5.3 Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is valid only with proper maintenance and usage
- Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovery
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify warranty claims
- Warranty repairs will be completed within reasonable time frames
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project specifications and requirements
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Ensuring site accessibility and safety for our work teams
- Providing utilities (power, water) required for installation work
- Making timely payments as per agreed schedule
- Protecting completed work from damage during construction
- Following maintenance guidelines provided by our team
- Reporting any issues or defects promptly
Important: Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability in certain circumstances.
7.1 General Limitations
- Our total liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Liability excludes loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss
- Claims must be made within one year of project completion
7.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or pandemic-related restrictions.
8.1 Design Rights
- Custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property
- Clients receive usage rights for the specific project only
- Reproduction or modification of designs requires written permission
- We may use project images for marketing and portfolio purposes
8.2 Third-Party Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any materials, designs, or specifications they provide to us. We are not liable for intellectual property infringement claims arising from client-provided materials.
9.1 Termination by Client
- Projects may be terminated with 30 days written notice
- Client is liable for work completed and materials ordered
- Cancellation charges may apply as per contract terms
- Final settlement will be made within 30 days of termination
9.2 Termination by Company
- We may terminate for non-payment or breach of contract
- 30 days notice will be provided except in cases of material breach
- All outstanding amounts become immediately due
- We retain rights to completed work and materials
10.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Andhra Pradesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- Initial disputes should be addressed through direct negotiation
- Mediation may be pursued if direct negotiation fails
- Arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act may be required
- Legal proceedings as a last resort in appropriate courts
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For ongoing projects, existing contract terms will remain in effect unless both parties agree to modifications in writing.
